Up for your consideration is a beautiful bakelite/catalin chuck-a-luck dice cage game. This vintage dice cage is 5" tall overall and is fashioned from stainless steel and bakelite/catalin. It comes with a 5/8" X 1/4" butter-cream bakelite/catalin handle that is classic art deco in design, a 3/4" diameter X 3 3/8" tall jade green bakelite/catalin tower, and three clear green bakelite/catalin dice. The beveled edge black base measures 3 1/4" X 2 1/4" X 1/4" thick, and appears to be lucite or acryllic. This item appears to date to the 1940's - early1950's and is in very nice to excellent condition, although t is a small chip on the inside of the tower w the metal extends to the cage which may be visible in the third picture. T is no rust anyw on this item and t is dark green felt on the inside the each of the end caps. The round butter cream handle, three clear green dice, and jade green tower all test positive for bakelite/catalin with simichrome polish and scrubbing bubbles cleaner. The dice are in excellent condition with pristine white enameled pips!
