The set includes 28 Bakelite dominoes and 222 Bakelite poker chips in yellow (113), red (56) and green (53). In addition, t are 3 regular dice that appear to be clay. Two other dice have numbers and letters on the sides and five more have Jack, Queen and King face-cards on the sides. These are possibly also Bakelite.The storage container itself has three levels. The top level (which is removable) has space for two sets of cards (not included) and the poker chips. The second level (also removable) currently contains two decks of Gin cards (unopened and still wrapped), the ten dice and twenty-eight dominoes. The third level (at the bottom of the container) currently contains two Bicycle brand pinochle decks (opened). It also has room for two additional decks or other items – such as your poker winnings! ;-) All the above-mentioned contents are included in the listing price. Container measures approximately 9.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches deep and 3.5 inches wide. The lining of the box is approximately 1/8 inch thick wood (I’m not sure what species). This set has been in my parents’ home for as long as I can remember, so it is probably from the 1940s or 1950s. It is in very good condition.
