NOTE: This is the same item that has been up for auction on ebay for the past 6 days. It was removed by Ebay because part of the description came from an auction for a similiar item that we thought had ENDED. We apologize to the perspective bidders, the seller of the other item and Ebay for any inconvenience that our mistake/oversite may have caused. We meant no harm and just got in a hurry with our description. Shipping for this item is now FREE via USPS to the continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska. This includes tracking. Insurance will be extra and is recommended.. You are bidding on a very nice and desirable Bakelite Red Horse Head brooch/pin found at a local estate sale along with many other bakelite items. The owners collected many many items but we could only afford a few and have listed them on ebay. This is a relist because of reasons stated above. We provided more pictures this time and the item speaks for itself. This is the actual item you will receive and it measures approx. 2 3/4 inches by 2 3/4 inches. It is being held in a man's hand in one of the pictures and it is a substantial piece of Bakelite that has a wonderful patina/color. The color in the pictures is a fair representation. The pin mechanism works great and snaps into position when closed. Please review all the pictures and ask any questions you might have before you bid.
