Vintage Barbie # 966 Plantation Belle Lace Variation NC Excellent Vintage Barbie # 966 Plantation Belle outfit, pink sheer waltz length dress with lace and braid trim, this one has the hard to find lace variation, white nylon half slip with tulle ruffles and bow accent, big brimmed pink straw crown hat with pink ribbon trim, short white tricot gloves, light pink open toe mules (left shoe is marked Japan) and matching straw purse with bead and sequin accents. Excellent played with condition. Barbie � tag is in very good condition with a little fray. Original YKK zipper works well. The dress, slip, shoes & gloves are in excellent condition. The pink straw hat seems just a little darker than it should be and the metal supports are limp, the pink straw bag is missing its lid, but there is no damage to the basket. The plastic body form is not included. I have found that condition varies greatly from person to person, so I try to provide several photos so you can decide for yourself. Keep in mind these are vintage Barbie items, not reproductions, and are around 50 years old. Unless new in the box, they have had some playwear, and most likely stored in attics, basements etc. I try to describe to the best of my ability, but some things might get missed.
