Hello, today we have a vintage hard to find auburn hair Babs doll made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. Babs has one of the nicest faces I've seen on these dolls. Her paint is beautiful. She is missing a piece of hair on right side as shown in closeup, which may have been a factory flaw. She is wearing her original swimsuit, shoes and still has her sunglasses and dog on leash attached to her hand. She is on her stand which has pegs that her feet fit on. I have never displayed her out of her box. Her original box is in poor condition with broken and missing plastic, several taped areas and print on plastic is fading. I think it could be repaired better for display. There are moisture marks on ends as shown. She comes with 5 dresses. All are untagged but two look like Barbie clone outfits so I believe they may belong to Babs. The striped dress needs a snap replaced in back, it has a small hole in sheer fabric at bottom and has some pink color on side. The red velvet top dress needs a few stitches in back where skirt has pulled loose from top. The yellow dress will need lace at collar reattached on one side. Other 2 dresses look fine.
