Barbie "DEBUTANTE BALL" #1666 Dated 1965 This outfit is in near mint condition except for the added stole and a small tear in the turquoise overlay in back of dress. Gown is perfect with crisp minty tag, YKK excellent zipper, no stains, marks, snags, loose stitches etc. The only issue is a small tear / hole about the width of a dime in back of dress on the overlay near the rear seam. I think the seam can be widened to take in the hole. Would be worth the trouble because the gown is in great condition and is VHTF and just beautiful otherwise. Comes with clear Japan OT shoes with gold glitter, long white tricot gloves and gold dimple purse, all perfect! I've added a rabbit stole which is also a Debutante Ball stole, but it's a slightly different shade of turquoise, and while the fur is very nice, t are three teenie dots of age on the end of the tie and the pale blue satin fur liner has some water stains on it like maybe someone attempted to clean the liner. Fur doesn't look washed and is nice, but please see pic of lining, some very faint stains of something remains, not bad though. Gown is just lovely and so are the accessories, white rabbit fur really tops it off nicely! Beautiful and HTF! Please ask any questions before bidding and I'll be happy to help.
