Vintage Barbie Doll RainCoat #949 (1963) Outfit/Ensemble COMPLETE and MINT aka Stormy Weather #949 (1964-1965) (Stormy Weather is the same as #949 Rain Coat – only the name was changed) All Original Outfit/Ensemble from one owner in excellent condition Bright Yellow Trench Style Shiny Cotton Poplin Raincoat with shoulder & back yokes, false front pockets, stand up collar and set in sleevesYellow Poplin Belt with gold metal BuckleYellow Poplin HatUmbrella with TasselWhite soft rubber Tall Rain Boots The raincoat, hat, boots, and umbrella are in mint condition... full vibrant bright yellow color and NO rips, tears, stains, discoloration anywhere. The boots are pristine white and soft flexible rubber, no cracking. The umbrella looks like it is new and comes complete with tassel which so often is missing. The fabric belt is in good shape, buckle and hole are fully intact... some minor fraying along the edges... a manufacturer flaw as this type of material frays very easily.. should have made the belt double layered and had seams along the edges. Hardest to find in this outfit are the hat, belt, and umbrella and the tassel. I would say this outfit is as mint and pristine as can be found even though it was enjoyed and played with in 1963.
