She needs a cleaning. Her face paint is original, and she still has lots of blush. Her facial skin tone has not turned green or has darken. Her hair is nice, free of missing plugs or hair cuts. No green, swingy limbs, nose nips, neck splits, etc. She does have some faint dark staining on her left arm, and needs her nail polish to be repainted. She also has blue eye shadow, I am not sure if she was made this way. I wiped it with alcohol, but it didn't come off. The box has wear and a split on one corner.
