2 Vintage Drapes or panels with Red Caladium Leaves and White Orchid Type Flowers with beautiful shades of green leaves and ferns. The background is white. These drapes are really nice they match and are a pair. One drape is in excellent vintage condition the other has a couple of worn holes that can barley be seen unless holding up to the light, I reinforsed the tiny holes with some iron on tape at the backside to keep it from tearing. I have more pieces and drapes of this 80 plus old pattern I will be listing so if you have more then one window be sure and keep an eye out for them. There is another pattern looks alot like this but there is a slight difference in the pattern so be sure and look closley at the pictures if this is something important to you. These also are very nice as a Christmas Decorations because of the red, white and green. A very fun and rare Barkcloth pattern to use and decorate with.

Each Measures 77" long with a 1 1/2" hem, 44" wide at the bottom and 24" wide on the top of the drape were there are 5 pleats on each drape.

I am selling off a large part of my large Vintage Textile Collection of barkcloth drapes, curtains and window covering panels along with some eiderdowns, quilts and bedspreads. The Collection also includes Victorian style, Art Deco and floral bark cloth and even for the Shabby Chic decorator.

My passion began about 15 yrs ago when my family and I went on a vacation to Hailey, Idaho. There were two huge Antique Shows that 4th of July weekend being held at SunValley and in Hailey Idaho. There was an Antique dealer who had a bunch of long tables and all she had was barkcloth panels every piece folded neatly stacked in piles 2-3 feet tall per stack, needless to say I was elated, thought for a moment I had died and gone to heaven. I was hooked that moment and fell in love with especially the 30's- 40's barkcloth so many different colors and prints. I think I spent hours looking through the many stacks of barkcloth with its many colors, patterns and textures. The more I looked at the panels the harder it was for me to decide what I wanted, because I fell in love with all of it. All this material reminded me of my Grandma and the many windows that graced her nursery school and the sun that shown thru the patterns and textures as I would stare at them when I was a little girl while trying to take a nap. Anyway I am not sure were the passion begun, at the nursery school trying to take a nap, staring at barkcloth design drapes, or at the extremely fun Antique show as an adult going through piles of bark bringing back memories of the past.

I have all kinds of patterns, colors of panels, drapes, curtains and cutters so please be sure and put my auction ebay store in your favorite places.
All of my descriptions and pictures are guaranteed to be accurate or your money back. I will try to describe each item the best I can where tears, holes, fades or stains may be. Please keep in mind that these precious panels, drapes and textiles are vintage or antiques so they are sometimes in used but good condition. I will do my best however to explain the conditions. Also please check out the many great pictures that are offered.

If I happen to misrepresent something I will pay shipping back plus full refund. If you just don't like and it just wasn't what you were thinking I will refund the purchase price excluding what the shipping cost both ways. I need to be notified within three days from the time you received your textile, drape or panel and will also need to receive the item back in same condition within 10 days from the time you received them in order to get your refund.
