This is a vintage bathroom ceiling vent with two light sockets. 1960's style, chrome face, the housing is t It does plug into a switched double receptacle. Fan motor does work good, Both lights work, fan blades do need cleaned otherwise ready to install. Cover measures 16 x 9 3/8. The housing measures 13 x 6 1/2.
