Hello, thanks for viewing my listing. I will be listing lots of excellent to near mint vintage Barbie, family and friends and clothes over the next couple of weeks so be sure to check back! To help you understand better the condition of the items in my listings, here are the ratings I use in my descriptions: Mint : Still in box or just removed from box Near Mint : Removed from box but no flaws or playwear noticeable. Excellent : Might have been lightly played with but looks clean and crisp with one or two very small flaws. Good : Played with but colors still bright; has some flaws but still very displayable. Fair : Definitely played with and noticeable flaws. Poor : TLC condition. Might be salvageable with some repair. From my personal collection, I'm offering for sale a lovely vintage brunette bend leg Francie with her original outfit. Head : Francie has all original face paint with no rubs. Big, full rosy pink lips, full eyelashes and plenty of dark pink blush. She has thick, long medium brown hair with a nice flip on the ends. Her bangs are the thinner kind which some dolls had. No missing or thin plugs. No neck splits. No nose nips. She has a very small faint circle of slight discoloration on both ears where an earring would go though it doesn't look like an earring actually pierced the vinyl but there is a little indentation so maybe there were earrings there once. Secure neck knob. Body : H er body is in excellent condition. Very even skin coloring throughout the torso, limbs and head, which is often difficult to find as some of the arms and heads tend to pale. Left leg She is made in Japan. Arms and legs are firmly attached. No chew marks or pin pokes anywhere. The only flaw I can see is she has a black mark on her left shin. I'm sure some talented Barbie restorationist can get this to come off. I have not tried to do anything besides washing the doll with Twin Pines when I got her. It looks like it might be ink. Francie will come with her original swimsuit in excellent condition with the Francie tag sewed firmly in place. Bright colors and very stretchy with lots of elasticity. Only issue is a few of the threads on the back of the suit have come undone. If you look at the photo of her back, you can see the 3 stitches that have broken. Does not affect the display of the suit at all. She will also come with her original Japan-marked white squishy heeled shoes which are excellent and little pink eyelash comb with no issues. The photos are considered part of the description so please review them carefully. If you need additional photos of anything, please don't hesitate to ask. I will be happy to take additional photos of whatever parts you would like to see closer or from a different angle. The items come from a smoke-free home. I am not the original owner so I don't know where the doll has been before, but there are no odors that I can detect--and I have a very sensitive nose!
