Vintage Bisque Walt Disney Goofy "The Goof" Figurine

This old Goofy figurine stands approx. 3-1/2" tall. He is bisque and is cold painted. Impressed on his back is THE GOOF, the F is not impressed real deep and is a little hard to see, across his butt is WALT DISNEY. He is stamped JAPAN on the bottom. I'm not sure of the age of this piece, but I do know the man who owned him as a child was born in the mid 1930's. T are no chips, cracks or repairs but he does have all over paint loss.
