For your consideration, this adorable little cast iron baby doll depicted in a now stereotypical style of Black Americana. I'm not sure of the exact date of this cutie, but she is most definately from the early to mid-twentieth century. My grandmother had this in her collection, and she took excellent care of it. The doll measures 4 1/2" and on the back it says 'Made in Japan'. Please email me with any questions regarding this item, and please be sure to check out my other auctions for more vintage Black Americana and collectibles! I will combine shipping for multiple wins.

***PLEASE READ***

After receiving a question from a potential bidder, I was made aware that the doll itself is NOT made of cast iron, only the rocking chair she sits in is (I tested both with a magnet); since this item has already recieved bids, I cannot change or revise the title or listing, but I just want any potential bidders to be aware that the doll is NOT made of cast iron. I honestly can't say what she's made of exactly, it looks like porcelein maybe? If any ebayer could help me out I would GREATLY appreciate it!!
