This auction is for separate parts of a West German made, Black Forest Cuckoo Clock. Of the 2 chains, one turns easily and the other does not. Parts include the pendulum with metal swinging hook, parts for the clock hands, heavy pendulum weights, to name a few. I am not sure if all parts necessary are here, in order for it to be a working clock. It seems to have all sides to the clock. Back piece slides in at the back & there is the triangular shaped, roof piece as well. Of the 2 cuckoo bellows already inside the house, one seems to work & but not the other. There seems to be 2, extra, rectangular, cuckoo bellows, which perhaps could be be cut down & used as replacement parts for this clock(?) Cuckoo house measures about 6 9/16" high by 4 6/16" wide by 3 11/16" depth. Bird is very cute, comes out & retreats. It has an older look to it. The roof piece attached to the clock front is wobbly & not tight. The back, right corner of roof shows some wear. This clock was a German flea market purchase in 2006, in the beautiful, little town of Horb am Neckar, about 1 hour south of Stuttgart, in the northern Black Forest, SW Germany. I am not an expert in cuckoo clocks, but send any questions & I will try to answer. I will be listing soon some brand new, German made, cuckoo clock parts in 2 other, separate auctions,1 of which is an interior, read more
