This set is fresh from the estate of a 90-year-old former schoolteacher. She had an incredible amount of vintage costume jewelry, most of it from the 1960s-1970s and in pristine condition. Many of the pieces appear to have never been worn and were possibly given to her as gifts from her students. Her family said that she had a set of jewelry for every outfit and never left the house unless impeccably dressed. I will be listing many pieces from her estate. This auction is for a vintage rhinestone pin/pendant and matching clip earrings. This set features beautiful medium smoky blue rhinestones and root beer colored rhinestones in a goldtone setting. The setting has small gold leaves in between the rhinestones. The large pin has a bale on back that will allow you to wear it as a pendant. It is slightly dome shaped and is 2 1/8" across X 2 1/8" down. The earrings are each 7/8" across. The set is overall in very good condition. The set is excellent on the front with no wear or damage at all. T is some goldtone wear on the back of the set, mainly on the earrings which appear to have been worn more than the pin. The set is not signed. Winning bidder must pay within 10 days of end of auction. Returns will not normally be accepted unless the item has been substantially misrepresented in the auction.
