Beautiful LARGE cornflower blue sapphire (1/4"diameter across the top!), accompanied by 3 smaller sapphires (each one is 1/8" diameter across the top!), in a unique, vintage (Deco?) setting of what looks like white gold with a slight rose gold hue to it at times. I was told some of the vintage white golds often have a blush to them. This beauty is a Size 8. I had a TERRIBLE time trying to get pics! The sapphires just pick up the light something fierce, but I assure they are NOT a light "icky" blue, but very rich in color. Nice ring for a mother with 3 children, perhaps....the BIG stone for her, and the 3 smaller ones, for the children! I accept Paypal, cashier's checks, & USPS money orders; Shipping/handling/insurance will be FREE to the lower 48 states, only! ***I had the ring tested at a jeweler's recently to verify the gold setting. It is 10K. He commented on how the 3 smaller stones match the larger stone so perfectly in color. It is a beautiful vintage piece that I purchased from a vintage jewelery seller on ebay, w it sold for much more than my asking price. I just have too many pieces, and must liquidate. The beauty of these stones would make for a gorgeous piece if you wanted to have them re-mounted in a more modern style setting. It would be a shame to not preserve the authenticity of this vintage piece, but for those who prefer the more modern look, it is an option to consider. The gold setting could be melted down and used to cast a new setting of your choice. 10K is more stronger and more durable than 14K, a plus if you're hard on rings.
