This is just one of 84 items we are selling in concurrent auctions as part of the liquidation of Memphis Machinery & Supply Company, a woodworking machinery dealer in business from 1938 to 2009. Items include vintage machinery, catalogs, parts manuals, letterheads, advertising items and collectibles. This item is one of 13 vintage woodworking machines now up for auction from Memphis Machinery’s machinery museum. Their conditions vary widely so read the description carefully. Item Description: This is a boring mill (drill press) mounted on a neat custom made wooden base with casters along with an electric motor and some sort of coolant system. We haven’t ever run it and don’t know if it is complete or not. The pulleys are for flat belt driving and speed changing. The mill has a 5-1/2” throat and a 10” diameter table. The motor is 1/2HP and was made by Wagner Electric Corp. Pickup: Item must be picked up by buyer or buyer's designee. Seller will store for up to four months at no charge to buyer to allow buyer time to make arrangements for pickup. Item may then be picked up by appointment only at 2426 Channel Ave., Memphis, TN 38113. Seller will load at no charge.
