This auction is for a "BRAND NEW VINTAGE VANITY SET". This is a wonderful estate find. I aquired this set at the home of a 90 year old women. The family had told me that there mother would not use anything that she got as a gift that she really cherished. This vanity set was just that cherished gift. The set is inscribed with the made in the U.S.A. logo. The set is nestled in its original box with pink satin like material. The mirror measures 13 x 5 with no blemishes on the mirror due to age. The brush measures 10 1/2 x 3 3/4 and there is no missing bristols just a few bent ones from sitting in the box. The comb measures 7" x 1 1/2" and sit in the original waxed paper sleeve. The set is in a goldtone metal finish with a pink and gold brocade material. The brocade looks like a flower design that is outlined in a gold glitter stitch. This is a very beautiful vintage set and would make a lovely set for bride to be from Grandma or even for a young teenager to cherish.
