This auction is for a 1942? vintage mess kit. Stamped into the leather pouch is "Boy Scouts of America", "National Council, New York City." The kit contains a folding fork, knife and an Allegheny Stainless Steel Spoon. Printed on the knife and fork is, "Geo. Schrade Knife Co. Inc. Patented 1-27-42, B'Court, CN. The pouch has a small stain on the upper right flap, the utensils are in very good condition. I am happy to combine shipping on items purchased within 14 days. I will accept as payment Paypal, a personal check or money order. I reserve the right to hold the item until a check clears for anyone with a 5 or less positive feedback.
