Up for bid is my vintage Boy Scout knife with sheath. I am guessing I purchased this knife in the mid-1950s. Tip to end measurement is 6 5/8"; blade alone is 3 1/4". This knife has rarely, if ever, been sharpened. I will leave this sharpening and polishing to the buyer. T is no rust and the only markings on the knife at the base of the blade are "KA - BAR" "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF." The knife handle has a few pressed in markings. The sheath has the Boy Scout symbol, as pictured, with the words "BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA" "NATIONAL COUNCIL NEW YORK CITY". This sheath has a couple scratches on the front in addition to a small (1/4") tear by the rivet w the blade enters the sheath. T are a couple of scuffs on the back side of the sheath in addition to my 1/4" initials (TV). The snap band is in great condition and the snap itself has a decorative edge trim. Please email any questions you may have prior to bidding as all sales are final. Pay Pal is preferred but I also accept cashier's checks and money orders.
