I don't know too much about this Brass/Bronze oak leaf tray/ashtray? It doesn't wiegh quiet a pound, 7 1/4 inches long by 4 inches wide. Has BASSICK-SACK WINSTON-SALEM N.C. Engraved on the bottom. Some of the edging shows file work "picture 5", looks like some brass wear on some areas "picture 6". This could be brass or bronze or bronze/brass plate. no idea for sure, but a magnet does not stick too it, so non-ferrous. That mar in the center of this tray is tape goo. Has an acorn at the stem of the leaf. 3 small feet to sit on. The tail end of the leaf on the bottom looks hand-forged, " picture 7". Any questions, please ask before bidding.
