VINTAGE BRASS CHANDELIER/LIGHT/LAMP/CEILING FIXTURE CHANDELIER: Chandelier has 5 lights with shades. We believe this to have been original lighting in my home which was built in 1936. Although we're not certain, and can't attest to that, the light is obviously very old. The shades are made of coated paper with some sort of shellac or other coating and all are t We, of course would recommend rewiring due to the age of the piece (for safety) It appears to be complete. The light measures 17 inches in diameter and 33 inches from the w it attaches to the ceiling to the bottom of the lamp itself. The 5 individual lamps take large candle globes .. and probably also vintage, also includes 5 large candle globes already in the lamp. MATCHING SCONCES : Sconces match the chandelier. Each has 2 shades and also include the original candle globes. *****This is a great set for anyone who is a collector or just a lover of old lamps or ceiling fixtures !
