Description of item for sale: This charming vintage brass clock depicting a romantic couple out for a walk in the country dates to 1977 (date mark on the works). Itâe(tm)s in excellent condition, made from heavy polished brass castings with marble inserts. The 8 day FHS (Franz Hermle & Sons) works run as they should and keep excellent time. The two bell chime strikes once on the half-hour and tolls the hours. Hermle is known for producing reliable, high quality clockworks-this clock should run trouble-free for many years. Dimensions: 17½" tall, 14" wide, 4½" deep.
