Vintage French Clock Mainspring Winder French mainspring winder complete with six arbors, one of which is currently on the winder with a mainspring attached. I have not tried to remove the spring as from what I understand the spring has to be wired before removal and so needs to be removed by an expert. The arbors measure from 6mm diameter up to 17mm. The winder is constructed from brass and steel with a turned wooden handle and is in a beautiful condition. A lovely collectible piece. I am also selling three vintage clock mainsprings which may be of interest. Many thanks for looking.
