Vintage Brass Handle Sawback Sword & Leather Scabbard

This is a very nice old sword that is 23 3/4" long with a 18 1/2" sawback blade. The blade is in very good shape but t is a brownish color substance on the blade to protect it. The blade does have scratches and some pitting. The sword is marked on the cross-guard 11R and some other numbers that are unreadable. The heavy brass handle is also nice but the cross-guard is broken and needs repaired. T is a leather scabbard that is also in nice shape but t are scuffs and scratches. The brass on the scabbard is marked B11R74 . I prefer PAYPAL but will accept cashier's check or money order. Item to be shipped U.S. Mail. REFUNDS--Every effort is made to describe items accurately. Items broken in transit by the USPS will be replaced or refunded only if insurance is purchased. Cost of insurance is $1.65 or more (depending on the amount of coverage). Most of my items are of a vintage age and could have minor flaws that would have been normal in that era of manufacturing. If item is in "perfect" condition "still in box" these things will be noted as such. All items are packaged in quality boxes using cushioned paper and bubblewrap or in bubble envelopes if size warrants. Refunds will be given if item has been grossly misrepresented. This should be conveyed to me when item is received. If item is returned in original box with all packing materials refund will be given to include shipping.
