E.R. WATTS ASn early brass surveyors level. Made by E.R. Watts it has a complete brass construction with a paint over though many brass fittings are still showing. It realy is quite beautifull and would make a stunning display piece. It measures 21" long fully extended. Other than light cosmetic wear it is in great condition and works fine including the lenses. It comes with it's original wood box. It needs a clean but other than that is OK, it has the original retailers plate inside (Clarksons, London). UK SALES ONLY.
