Vintage Brevete Measuring/Weighing Spoon ItalyUp for auction is a Spoon Balance Scale Made in ITALY by BREVETE Measures Ounces & Grams The 10" long handle of the spoon is marked from 0-7 oz. and from 0 -200 gr. When the spoon is put on its resting form It will balance with whatever is in the spoon and you can find out its weight of what is in the spoon. All is made of heavy cast alumiunm metal Spoon measures approx. 4 ½" x 3" x 2" deep (it can hold a lot). The spoon handle has a hole near the end to hang on a wall.Just slide the scale lever to the desired amout of OZ. or GRAMS. Add your product til the spoon scale evens out and you then have the correct amount of ingrediance. Works nice and will go well with a modern Danish Mid-Century Eames modern kitchenhome decor.I have been on EBAY for 12 years in good standing.
