Closed length is 3 & 5/8 " on this two-bladed (blade and a harness punch) cattleman patterned knife. Master only stamped, Bridge Cutlery Co--St. Louis . This is a very old company dating back to c1915. This is one of the earlier stampings as it has only the city, not the state. Master has a long pull. Blades are fairly full on this used knife, the length seems to be correct. Both blades have light pitting and are heavily tarnished, need a good cleanup. The rest of the knife is fine, see photos. Steel bolsters, flawless bone handles with a nice bowtie shield. Has the extra center pin that attaches the handles, another indication of an older piece of cutlery. Definitely an older knife, not a reproduction. The springs are really strong and stout in this knife. Snaps, fits, and works well.
