This quirky little leather case started off sometime in the 1940's (at a guess!) . I have restored it as far as possible, retaining the original leather exterior, which has a charming worn and slightly scratched patina, which enhances its age. I have added an eye-catching applique skull & rose tattoo motif on the lid. However, when you open it up, you reveal a glorious lining, embodying a Goth-inspired design of gruesome skulls and roses! On the practical side; the case measures 30cms, by 19cms by 7 cms deep, so would double as a carrying case for your personal bits and pieces. The catch works, but sadly the key has long been lost.... There is visible wear and tear; the handle is a little scuffed, as are the edges and corners. But you can guarantee , no-one else will have one like it. I work from home in Whitby; if you buy it you can bring it back to see us in Goth week! .
