VINTAGE BRUSH MCCOY TULIP SENSATION BLENDED JARDINIERE Be sure to visit our other auctions for more vintage and antique items! Visit our store ! Offered is an Antique Brush McCoy 8" Jardiniere with a Green/Yellow/Brown "Sensation" Blended Glaze, from 1927. Great glaze gradates from green to a deep brown/black with lovely raised tulip flowers and foilage. A beautiful piece! This is the Brush McCoy "Sensation" line from 1927, seen in Sanfords Guide to Brush McCoy Pottery on pg 77 in an old ad. Item is in excellent condition with some flaking along top and bottom rim, no larger than ¼". Overall glaze pops innt to manufacturing. Overall surface wear/scratching/crazing and fleabites no larger than 1/8". Measures approximately 7.75" high with an 8.25" opening. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
