1950s Vintage Boy Scout Sash Patches Elgin IL Troop 10 Vintage BSA Sash w/ Camp Lowden & Chief Shabbona Patches - Came from BSA Troop 10 in Elgin IL Puchased from an individual who used to yard sale all over Elgin. All the BSA stuff I am listing now came from the same lot of stuff. If you like BSA vintage items, please view my other items. Troop 10 was represented for many years by IOOF Lodge 12 in Elgin, IL which used to be called the Althea Lodge. The scoutmaster was Elmer E. Stemwedel from (at least the years) 1926 through 1946. This auction is for an official BSA cloth sash with several vintage patches. Larger ones are on the front. Blue & yellow C1, Chief Shabbona Camps 1952, Aquatic, Chief Shabonna Camps 1951, Black Hawk Trail Camp Lowden in Oregon, Illinois, and three BSA eagle/motto patches are on the front. Back of sash has seven smaller round patches from same era... they show a book, tools, swimmer, bird, lantern, stamps, and a green cross. Sash itself is in great shape, patches are good to very good, but all have been sewn on and in used condition. Guaranteed vintage... you won't be disappointed.
