Vintage Bushmills Irish Distillery Wood Crate. This crate measures 10 1/2" high x 15" long x 11 1/2" wide. All stenciling seems to be present. Nails are not round, but seem to be oval and ribbed. Owner has owned this crate for 30 years; believes it is much, much older. This crate came from Ireland, and at one time, contained 44 pounds of Irish whiskey; sorry, it is empty now. The first awards received date on the crate is 1883, the last is 1908. Permit number 368 stamped on box. True shipping charges to be added after winning bidder's location is learned; no other fees.
