VINTAGE BUTTERFLY WING POLO PONY & SCOTTIE DOG ORNATE 2 SIDED DROP !! We have for auction this stunning vintage and desirable round shaped Butterfly blue winged 2 sided ornate drop which is set in German Silver the setting having tiny little round shaped scallops with tiny upraised balls on it. A truly unusual and fabulous item, one side depicts a deep brown galloping horse with black accentsing its rider dressed in red top and dark cap and white pants. The beautiful animal is stepping proudly on the green grass with brownish accents with he and his rider beginning their jump over the white fence - really a very cool sight! The reverse side features a tiny black Scottie dog walking proudly with both his head and tail tilted upwards in the green green grass. Just a fabulous & unique drop. And these bright vivid colors are the forfront with beautiful blue butterfly wings as the background color.Truly & honestly one of our more spectacular pieces amongst our Butterfly Wing collection!. Very different and very unusual! The colors in this piece are exquisite. & are derived from rare South American butterfly wings which have naturally expired.
