T are many expenses involved in shipping your product safely including padded mailers, bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, FRAGILE stickers, etc. Understand that shipping costs may reflect a small charge for these items. It is also sometimes difficult to estimate shipping costs before the item is actually packaged up. If you feel you have been overcharged, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. If t is a large discrepancy, I will make an adjustment, often before you ask! I deliver packages to the Post Office myself and usually do not provide delivery confirmation (tracking numbers) unless you specifically request it - it will be an extra charge. Lastly, I always ship same or next day unless I tell you otherwise, so any delays in receiving your item are not mine...
Insurance is highly recommended for items over $50. I cannot control what happens to packages once they leave my hands.
