This Canon F1 (serial 278042) is in good mechanical condition. Comes with the original bottom plate that is removed typically for using the motor drive. Fires through all speeds and all movable parts work as intended. The leatherette needs to be replaced, as it is faded and has zeiss bumps in the front. The body has brassing on the corners and moderate wear for it's age, with a minor ding by the shutter speed control, and superficial scuffing on various surfaces. The mirror is scratch free and does not have haze or any other marks. The finder mounts and dismounts with ease and is scratch and haze free and very clear, some dust, and there seems to be some kind of crud in a few tiny spots - this doesn't obscure the view. The focus screen is in fantastic shape. Counter works. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.The Canon Motor Drive MF (includes Grip MF) is in working condition. The battery test button works and the LED lights up. The "S" setting takes single frames and advances one frame, and the "C" setting is for continuous and fires at the proper speed. It is a bit squealy and could use some lubrication. A quick internal inspection shows no heavy crud buildup, no visible corrosion and everything seems to be OK.
