Vintage Porcelain Soldier Figurine Made in Spain Napoleon This is a vintage porcelain figurine of a nineteenth century soldier, possibly Napoleon. (The hat in the soldier's hand is like a Napoleon hat.) The porcelain is in excellent condition with no cracks, broken parts, or other issues. The mark on the bottom has a Large M over a large S with "made in Spain". I have seen 2 other porcelain pieces with this mark. Both of them were called Capodimonte and both pieces were said to have been purchased in Spain. The figurine is 11" high. The base has a diameter of about 3 7/8". There is a lot of gold in the glaze. The epaulets, the hilt of the sword, the trim on the front and the back of the jacket - are all gold. There is a lot of detail on the face of the figurine. Buyer pays calculated shipping.
