North Coast Bazaar You are viewing two unmarked vintage carbon steel chef knives in good workable condition. Knife #1 measures 16 1/2 inches overall with an 11 1/8 inch blade. No nicks in blade. Typical darkening of blade with some cleaning and sharpening scratches. Please note that the back of the blade has evidence of misuse w it was struck. Not a big issue but is slightly noticeable and is easily repaired. Hardwood full tang handle held securely with 3 metal rivets. Wood minimally worn around rivet closest to blade. It is slightly worn due to extensive use, making rivet slightly raised. Knife #2 measures 15 1/4 inches overall with a 9 3/4 inch blade. No nicks in knife blade. Typical darkening. Cleaning, sharpening scratches. Very little pitting evident. Full tang. Hardwood handle worn and separated some near knife blade. Please view super sized photos. Three brass rivets hold securely. One rivet dented. We mention these flaws in these two knives because we want to be as accurate as possible. In our personal opinion, we would use these knives as is and be very pleased.
