Offered is an almost 3/4 quarter bottle, or we could say, more than half a bottle of Caron Acaciosa Extrait, contents was 1.83 oz, but now this full. We are not perfume experts. This has been stored for many years by the woman that purchased it. It was still in the sealed paper and boxed with tissue on the bottle as Caron does. We opened it to see if it was still full or if it had evaporated to place it in auction. It appears it mostly evaporated with only a small amount leaking on the green box interior. We have no idea how old this is or to what environments it has been exposed, but judging from other items this woman had, she had class. Reading about Acaciosa, this was a 1920s blend that still remains popular but from what we read, may have been discontinued and may not be easy to find in any quantity. Could not find any on ebay. We will attempt to repackage it in the paper in which it came and that's how you will receive it. It still has the string attached to the neck of the bottle and top. From the little that leaked, this is heavenly. Box is aged, although intact. The green container which the bottle is placed is in excellent condition, except for the leak that we detected. Please note that this must be sent parcel post. Postal regulations do not permit this to be mailed priority mail.

Shipping is 4.60. No international bids. Thanks for looking. Check our auctions for another bottle of extrait Fluers de Rocaille which was also packaged, never opened until now.

We have had questions about the bottle. The bottle stopper has not been removed by us. It is in it's virgin state. We opened the package, and removed the green box from the tissue, opened it, removed the bottle, took a picture and then all was placed back in the box. We thought about selling this item sealed, and perhaps it's value would might have been greater, but not to an empty or broken bottle, and this was our reasoning for opening the package. We know that both the fragrance and the bottle have value and that is the reason for opening the package. I too have a love for fine perfumes, but am not an expert. My favorite continues to be Chanel #5, as was my mother's. She received a bottle of Chanel every Christmas until she was 91. She was "Chanel" ....with all of her class for fragrance and fine clothing. For those of you that still have a Mother, please treasure her. They are only on borrowed time. Thanks.....
