Vintage 1940's Case Sportsman knife with original Case marked leather sheath. Good condition but shows use. Original as found condition. I have not attempted to clean this knife in any way. 5 1/2 inch blade. Knife overall measures about 9 1/2 inches in length. Blade is marked on one side " CASE BRADFORD PA. " and on the other side " CASE'S TESTED XX ." Blade retains the original tip. Bone or stag handle is beautiful and is in excellent condition with no damage. Leather scabbard is metal lined and is a bit dry. Stitching is solid and intact but the leather retaining strap is missing the female end. Sheath is marked ' CASE'S SPORTSMAN " and has a picture of a deer. Sheath has seen better days but it is original to the knife. A fine addition to any collection.
