Up for Auction is an Old Case TESTED XX Green Bone Handled # 6299 Rare 1920-1940 In Mint Cond. This Knife is in as Excellent of Shape, Like it was made yesterday. It has some surface scratches on the main Blade that could be buffed out with the right equipment. The Knife is 4 1/8 Inches Closed, Overall the knife is just over 7 1⁄4 Inches With the Blade being 3 and 1/8 Inches. I wrote Case and this is the response I received from them and I quote; Judging from your pictures I would say the knife is a green bone Tested XX 6299 from the period 1920 âe" 1940. Look in Jim Sargentâe(tm)s latest reference book, âeoeAmerican Premium Guide to Knives and Razorsâe Unquote. This Knife has Excellent Snap, The handles are tight and T are no Flaws anyw on this Knife.
