This is a very nice vintage cast iron hand crank meat slicer,it is very old and very nice . It has what looks like a brake on bottom of cutting blade and has neat lever on top with grinding stone to sharpen,it has a nice cast iron fancy handle with handle for turning blade since this is a manual slicer,no electricity with this old guy. It is marked in red logo,imperial and made in USA which is in red also and embossed in metal. It has its original enamel finish yet.It is 18" long and has a 7 1/2" blade, it is complete and is a very hard item to find and this one is very nice and well taken care off. The blade looks to be in very nice condition with no chips or pits. |
