Vintage Cast Iron Incense Burner with American Indian on it. The cast iron incense burner is not affiliated with any American Indian tribe, and I'm not claiming it's any sort of American Indian artifact, and the manufacturer is unknown. It just happens to be a cast iron incense burner that just happens to have an American Indian on it. The only markings on the bottom are "7788". Incense burner measures approximately 5" long, 3 1/2" tall, and 3" wide. My mother who was in her 70's has recently passed away, and my father has started sending boxes of stuff over to put on eBay. A lot of the stuff he's sending over I don't know a lot about, but some of the stuff is toys from my brother's and my childhood, and stuff my mom and dad had accumulated over the last 50 years. All of my items are available for local pick up and are available for Worldwide shipping. International bidders to pay actual shipping charges. Shipping weight will be 2 pounds. I will work with you on shipping charges if you buy multiple items. I accept other forms of Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
I wanted to add a comment or two about this incense burner. A magnet will stick to the base, so I'm assuming the base is made out of cast iron. A magnet will not stick the the Indian, so I'm really not sure what type of non-ferrous metal the Indian is made out of. Whatever type of non-ferrous metal he's made out of he's painted, so you can't really tell. Possibly bronze or brass? Also, the little cup you put the incense into the magnet will not stick to that either, so I'm assuming that looks to be made out of brass.
