Vintage Imperial 05 Coffee Grinder Mill A nice old coffee mill in great vintage condition. On the front of this grinder it is worn but reads "Imperial Mill 05 Arcade Manufacturing Co." Arcade Manufacturing Company was in Freeport, Il and made grinders and children's toys. This grinder is made of cast iron and the wood is probably oak. Cute drawer with metal knob. The grinding wheel turns freely and cast iron handle is a nice aid. The knob on the grinder arm looks like wood painted black. All Corners of this piece as well as the drawer are dovtailed. Bottom shows shelf wear. The base the mill sits on is a little warped but the mill sits flush on surface. T is a split in the wood on one side of the coffee mill as well as some splitting in the base. This is an old item and as such these flaws create the character. Hello again, finally. We have moved and I finally have my office finished. Unfortunately my mother who is 95 now, did not make the move with us. She says "t are too many memories on the property to move". We were forced to close the shop in 1984 when my father passed away and move out to my mothers property. After all these years of moving hundreds of barrels and boxes around we decided to start selling on ebay.
