Hi, up for auction is: a vintage catholic priest's sick call / last rites kit. It is a nice, complete set. Great for a priest, or a collector. Condition: Good Vintage condition. box still snaps closed , slight tarnish small spots throughout brass, but not bad at all black part of box is in great condition. candles and cloth are still in packages and have not been used. Crucifix is in Excellent condition. Holy water bottle is perfect still has cap . Instructions are in great condition and legible. both candle holders intact. Size: 7" X 4" X 1 1/2" Details: Black box with slick design and brass trim, interior bottom - cardboard?/thin wood?/formica looking material (not sure) but nice with maroon and black design it has cut outs for the crucific, holy water bottle, candles and candle holders. Back of box interior is satin cloth with a pocket for instructions and cloth. cloth has a label that reads all pure linen RN29681 Made in Ireland. Instruction sheet is neatly folded in pocket and has clear instructions for administering last rites to the sick. Bottle is glass with embossed Holy water words and cross, candle holders are brass and the crucifix is wood and Jesus and the letter scroll at top are brass . Defects: None except for some small spots on the brass and slight play on the box after it snaps shut ( not bad at all for either
