Vintage Celluloid DuBarry Ivory Pyralin Hand Mirror Description: 's a great vintage handheld mirror by DuBarry! It's a crisp Ivory colored Pyralin (a trade name for celluloid) mirror, suitable for a young ladies vanity. I found an a magazine ad for this mirror dated september of 1919, so I think it's a safe bet to say this mirror is at least from the early to mid 1900s. Great peice of vintage vanity ware for your collection. Dimensions: Mirror measures 14" long and 8" wide. Condition: Good condition. No cracks or breaks to celluloid mirror. Glass itself totally intact with no chips or cracks. T is a haziness that can be seen in the mirror, although it is not on the surface. Perhaps from the glue that is holding the glass in place? The haziness is very light though and the mirror is still completely useful.
