VINTAGE "CELLULOID IVORY INKWELL" BY "PY-RA-LIN DUBARRY" OF FRANCE. This is an old ink well. The outside is made of celluloid and is pale yellow in color. The ink well is made of heavy glass. It has a lid of same material as box. The glass container has a rough spot on top edge, but otherwise it is in wonderful condition. It needs a good cleaning, I think it was made in the 1920's or so. The bottom says Ivory PY-RA-LIN. From what I've been able to find out it's from France. It also has small legs of about one quarter of an inch long on all corners. The whole inkwell is 3" wide at the top and 3.5" wide across the bottom. It is 3" tall to top of lid. It weighs one pound six ounces packed. I prefer paypal and buyer pays shipping and handling.
