for your consideration is a vintage celluloid sewing tape measure. The front features a beautiful and sultry looking woman while the back is an advertisement for Becker Milling Machine Company, Hyde Park, MA. It is also marked Model A. The cloth tape measure is operable. It can be pulled out to the 58" mark before it gets tight. The spring mechanism works great to let it roll back in. This measures 1 3/4" in diameter and is in mint condition with no scratches to either the front picture or the advertising. The metal band that goes around the middle is also in mint condition with no dents. This is a little beauty which would make a wonderful addition to your sewing collection or a great stocking stuffer for an early advertising collector.
