You are bidding on a vintage celluloid shaving kit. The box is decorated with flowers and plants. Inside is a shaving mug, brush and an ivory straight razor. I have done a couple of tests on it and it appears to be ivory. The shaving mug is white with gold trim. One section has worn off. The brush is also celluloid and has College Club 100 written on the handle. Last is the ivory straight razor. The blade is in excellent condition and on the tang is written J. Wostenholme & Son's, Sheffield England. Also t is symbols and a word I can't make out. T is a small hairline crack near one pin. The case is in great condition, though t is some minor yellowing on the front. |
