This is a vintage toy in near mint condition. It has stayed in its box for much of its life and as such it is what I would call museum quality. It is a Tin Plate Educational Globe Atlas which was made by Chad Valley in England (Ref No: M200). It is a smaller scale than most Chad Valley globes with a diameter of circa 5 1/2 inches (it measures approx 8 1/2 inches tall). It is entirely of tin construction and has the royal warrant of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. It is fully marked and show clock setting instructions on the underside of the base. There are just a few light surface scratches from handling. Please use the picture to see actual condition. It comes in its original box and paper wadding. The box is also very good with just some light wear from handling and storage. This is a rare globe in this condition. which would be a good addition to any collection. Recorded Post in the UK will be £5.50 The buyer will pay for postage and packaging. I will always combine purchases to reduce postage. Please look at my other auctions.
