Hello all, -The Classic Eames 670 lounge chair and 671 ottoman in Rosewood is the one to own! And this is it. Super comfortable and just plain beautiful from all angles. Designed in 1956, the two pieces date from January 1980 according to the tag on the chair. The chair and ottoman need nothing as the condition is incredible and pretty much mint. The leather is soft and supple with no damage. Beautiful sheen. Padding is perfect. The Rosewood is beautiful and was recently re-finished to factory spec's. Shockmounts were also recently replaced by Herman Miller. Doesn't get much better! Please note that the buyer will arrange own shipping and I will be happy to assist in any way I can. Should be easy through a company such as Plycon.... Just tell them that the pick up would be at a commercial address in San Diego, 92101. and the weight would be 60 pounds for an estimate.
